Damages

I take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. From time to time, damages may occur during shipping. If your item arrives broken, please send me a photograph of it along with your purchase details at hello@konstantinaargi.com within two days of receiving it. I will make arrangements for a replacement if possible, or a refund.
